The Experience

Begin with an introduction to Balinese ingredients, spices, and preparation methods, followed by a hands-on session where you will create a selection of traditional dishes from scratch.

From savory classics to sweet delicacies, each menu is carefully designed to reflect the diversity of local cuisine, allowing you to tailor the experience to your preference.

No prior cooking experience is required, only curiosity and a love for authentic flavors.

Chicken Menu

  • Appetizer: Jukut Bejek (Long Bean with Balinese Spice)
  • Soup: Gerang Asem (Traditional Balinese Chicken Soup with Balinese Paste)
  • Main Course: Sate Lilit (Balinese Chicken Satay on Bamboo Stick)
  • Dessert: Dadar Gulung (Balinese Crepe with Coconut Palm Sugar Caramelized)

Seafood Menu

  • Appetizer: Lawar Kacang (Balinese Longbean Salad)
  • Soup: Soup Be Pasih (Balinese Seafood Soup)
  • Main Course: Pepes Ikan (Grilled Marinated Fish)
  • Dessert: Pisang Rai (Banana Dumpling)

Vegetarian Menu

  • Appetizer: Jukut Gonda Suna Cekuh (Balinese Gonda Vegetable Salad with Aromatic Spices, Chili, and Garlic)

Indonesian Menu

All sessions are conducted in English by experienced Balinese chefs who bring a deep understanding of local cuisine and traditions, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, each experience is designed to highlight authentic flavors. Participants will receive recipes and helpful notes to take home, with the option to choose between meat-based or vegetarian menus according to personal preference.
